Why can’t I place a wager or access the site?
In instances where you find yourself unable to make a wager, it is likely due to internet settings on your PC or Mac.
As our support team is unable to place wagers for you, we advise that you try one or more of the following solutions:
- Hit the F5 button to refresh the page.
- Log out from your account then log in again.
- Clear your internet browser cache. You can do this by opening your internet options then deleting your temporary internet files, cookies, browsing history, etc.
- Close all open browser windows and/or pages and launch a new topbet.com page.
How long does an idle page stay active until it auto-logs out?
If idle, a logged-in account will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes.
Can I use a Smartphone or Tablet on the site?
Smartphones and tablets can be used on our site but placing wagers is not fully optimized with these devices. We are in the process of updating our system to allow better access to our site via smartphones and tablets. Since we do not offer wagers over the phone we suggest you have access to a desktop or laptop computer when using your account or placing wagers.
